The PAT Data Specialist works under the general supervision of the PAT Coordinator to organize, manage, analyze and report on the data requirements related to the PAT program. Responsibilities include entering data into VISIT TRACKER and the various PAT databases, compiling required reports, and providing data in an accurate and timely fashion to the PAT staff and Executive Director. Compliance with PAT essential requirements and guidelines. The PAT Data Specialist holds and demonstrates a strong belief in the mission and vision of the PAT program and all CCC programs.

Parents as Teachers (PAT) Coordinator

The PAT Coordinator works under the general supervision of the Executive Director to administer the Parents as Teachers program. Responsibilities include overseeing home visits,  group connections, supervising PAT staff, conducting reflective supervision sessions with Parent Educators, and completing required reports. Compliance with PAT essential requirements and guidelines. The position requires frequent travel throughout York and Adams Counties. The PAT Home Coordinator holds and demonstrates a strong belief in the mission and vision of the PAT program and all CCC programs.
