STARS Quality Coach

The Quality Coach works under the general supervision of the STARS Manager to provide guidance and direction to early learning facilities and school-age programs to achieve quality by engaging in a process of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). This position is responsible for recruitment and promotion of participation in Keystone STARS, as well as upward movement in the system. While a major role of the Quality Coach is to act as a valuable resource to providers, the scope of the work should be seen as a parallel, collaborative effort between providers and coaches. The position requires frequent travel throughout all the ELRC regions.   All Quality Coaches share and demonstrate a strong belief in the mission and vision of the Keystone STARS program and all CCC programs. This description is an outline of job duties, tasks, and functions and is not exhaustive and/or all-inclusive and is subject to change.

ELRC Program Assistant

The ELRC Program Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Child Care Works Manager (Lemoyne) or Eligibility Manager (York) to provide administrative and staff support to overall operation of the ELRC functions.  The ELRC Program Assistant holds and demonstrates a strong belief in the mission and vision of the ERLC and Community Connections for Children’s programs.
