Bilingual Specialist

The Bilingual Specialist works under the general supervision of the Community Services Manager to provide translation services, but in writing and verbally to support ECE providers, clients, and community members. The position will work across all CCC departments, with a focus on the Community Services, Community Engagement, and STARS programs The position requires frequent travel throughout the ELRC regions. The position requires a flexible schedule with evening and occasional weekend hours. All CCC staff share and demonstrate a strong belief in the mission and vision of CCC and its programs. Subsidy Specialist

The Subsidy Specialist works under the direct supervision of the Eligibility Manager (York) or Child Care Works Manager (Lemoyne) to determine client eligibility and redetermination for the Subsidy program. The Subsidy Specialist is a casework position for the agency. The Subsidy Specialist holds and demonstrates a strong belief in the mission and vision of the Child Care Works subsidized child care program and all CCC programs.

STARS Quality Coach

The Quality Coach works under the general supervision of the STARS Manager to provide guidance and direction to early learning facilities and school-age programs to achieve quality by engaging in a process of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). This position is responsible for recruitment and promotion of participation in Keystone STARS, as well as upward movement in the system. While a major role of the Quality Coach is to act as a valuable resource to providers, the scope of the work should be seen as a parallel, collaborative effort between providers and coaches. The position requires frequent travel throughout all the ELRC regions. All Quality Coaches share and demonstrate a strong belief in the mission and vision of the Keystone STARS program and all CCC programs.
