Finance Director

The Finance Director is responsible for managing all financial activities of the agency to achieve stated goals and objectives. Processes Child Care Works (CCW) payments, STARS/Quality/OCDEL grants; privately funded grants; and AP in accordance with all guidelines and deadlines. The Finance Director reports to and works closely with the Executive Director and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. Oversees compliance with financial aspects of government (federal and state) contracts, private grants, and donations. Provides supervision to the Finance Coordinators and Finance Assistants.  Must be able to adapt to new grant guidelines and funders; and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace; and lead with open communication and strong organizational skills.
