The Bilingual Specialist works under the general supervision of the Community Services Manager to provide translation services, but in writing and verbally to support ECE providers, clients, and community members. The position will work across all CCC departments, with a focus on the Community Services, Community Engagement, and STARS programs The position requires frequent travel throughout the ELRC regions. The position requires a flexible schedule with evening and occasional weekend hours. All CCC staff share and demonstrate a strong belief in the mission and vision of CCC and its programs. ELRC Administrative Assistant-Lemoyne

The ELRC Administrative Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Manager to provide administrative and staff support to overall operation of the ELRC functions. This position will serve as a floater within both CCC offices for ELRC Regions 9 & 10 (Lemoyne and York offices) based upon the needs within both regions. This is an in office position. The ELRC Administrative Assistant holds and demonstrates a strong belief in the mission and vision of the ERLC and the Community Connections for Children programs.

STARS Health and Safety Technical Assistance Coach

The Health & Safety TA works under the general supervision of the STARS Manager, to provide specialized coaching and support to Keystone STARS sites around Health & Safety practices and policies. The position requires frequent travel throughout all counties served in all ELRC regions. While a major role of the Health & Safety Coach is to act as a valuable resource to ECE programs, the scope of the work should be seen as a parallel, collaborative effort between ECE programs and coaches. The Health & Safety Coach holds and demonstrates a strong belief in the mission and vision of Keystone STARS and all CCC programs. ECHO Grant Coordinator
